You’ve invested a lot in others, and you may have even done a lot of difficult inner work for yourself.

But something isn't quite clicking yet.

You sense there’s more to life than your current patterns, and you still may be prone to anxiety, overthinking, and stress.

Here's where our paths meet...

I spent years as a neuroscientist and decades meditating, even years in solitary retreat. I loved what I was doing, but I struggled to find the place where my effort didn’t run me ragged, and the place where there wasn’t always more to do. I didn’t know how to ask for the help that I needed, and years of trying too hard sometimes left me exhausted, unhealthy, and wondering what I had done wrong. Even though I had done so much that was right.

I took time to heal and consolidate. Along the way, I’ve realized that I can use my experiences and knowledge to help others on this journey find the place where daily life becomes contentment and transformation.

Together, let's help you hear that quiet inner voice that's guiding you home.
