6:30-7:30pm: Meditation for the Heart
Meditation to cultivate the heart and mind.
The Four Immeasurables - loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity -
and other meditations for the heart offer a wide range of benefits, including helping
cultivate attention and emotional balance, reduce anxiety, enhance relationships, and
bring more purpose and meaning into life.
They counteract negative emotions like anger, jealousy, and prejudice, and
promote happiness and foster connections to others.
7:45-8:45pm: Lucid Dreaming
Awaken within the dream.
Know that you are dreaming, and explore the nature of dream reality.
Learn to fly, walk through walls, make friends with dream creatures, and more.
Lucid dreaming can reduce nightmares and anxiety by allowing control over the
dream, improving problem-solving and creativity by unlocking the subconscious,
potentially enhancing motor skills through dream practice, providing insights into
the nature of the mind, along with other benefits. We'll explore techniques to
remember your dreams, along with day- and night-time techniques for
becoming lucid and exploring the dream world.
